Customers are responsible for payment of duties, fees and import taxes on International and US orders upon delivery.

All US orders are shipped via FedEx and DHL.

Order Editing or Cancellation
An order cannot be edited or canceled after fulfillment. If you need to change or cancel an order, please  contact us here immediately. Please note that we cannot guarantee any changes to your order.
Returns
Canada
All items must be returned in their original packaging, in clean, unworn and resalable conditions. If an item does not meet this criteria, it may be denied.
You have 14 business days after receiving your package to request a return here.
All Special drop products, including collaboration items, are final sale.
$10 CAD fee will be applied to all returns.
* Please note that refunds may take up to 10 business days to be processed once the returned merchandise has reached our warehouse and has been inspected. If approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method.
US
All items must be returned in their original packaging, in clean, unworn and resalable conditions. If an item does not meet this criteria, it may be denied.

$15 USD fee will be applied to all returns.

ALL INTERNATIONAL SALE ARE FINAL.
Exchanges
C_la_V does not carry out direct exchanges. You may alternatively return the merchandise for a full refund and place a new order.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If the item you receive is defective or incorrect, you have 14 business days upon reception to contact us here. Pictures must be provided.
Lost Packages
C_la_V is not responsable for any stolen/lost packages that have been signed for. Costs of stolen/lost parcel is absorbed by the customer.

*If a chargeback or inquiry has been opened, please allow a minimum of 80 business days to resolve a dispute.
